- What you tried to do and what happened.
- Any error message you see.
- Whether you are using the website or app.
- For a match issue: the match link or original listing link.
- For a payment issue: the payment date and order or payment reference.
A screenshot can help identify an error. Hide passwords, payment details and other information that is not needed to answer your question.
For questions about a viewing, selection or a home's availability, contact the original listing provider directly. Renthaven cannot make those arrangements on a landlord's behalf.
