How do I request a refund?

Renthaven offers a 14-day satisfaction refund for first-time consumer purchases, unless a different refund policy was stated at checkout.

To request this, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and include:

• Your Renthaven account email address.
• The purchase date.
• The order or payment reference.
• A statement that you are requesting a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Conditions and exceptions are explained in the terms and conditions.

Mention if your purchase was billed through Google Play so support can direct you to the appropriate process.

Cancellation and requesting a refund are separate actions. If you want to end the subscription, also check under Billing that automatic renewal has stopped.
