Which search filters can I use?

Your search profile includes maximum rent, minimum floor area, minimum number of rooms and furnishing preferences. You can also select property types such as an apartment, studio, house or room.

The filters work together. A home needs to fit your selected preferences and search area. Broaden your filters if you also want to consider smaller homes or a wider area.

The option to include paid rental platforms lets you choose whether your profile can show listings from those platforms.

A Renthaven subscription does not include a subscription to other platforms. A provider may require a separate account or payment before you can apply. Check the terms on the original listing website.

Also check the rent, any service charges, conditions and furnishing with the original provider. Listing information can be incomplete or change later.
