The number of matches depends on your area, budget, filters and available listings. A very specific profile may produce few results.
- Check that you have a saved profile under Search profiles.
- Check that you selected the intended area.
- Consider whether your maximum rent, minimum floor area and room count are realistic together for that area.
- Try a wider area, a lower minimum floor area, or broader furnishing or property-type preferences.
- Check whether you deliberately excluded paid rental platforms.

If a particular listing appears to fit your profile but is missing, email the original listing link and details of your search profile to [email protected].
