How do I turn email and push notifications on or off?

You can choose which channels receive your match notifications.

1. Log in to the website and open Settings → Notifications.
2. Turn Email and/or mobile push notifications on or off.
3. Save your preferences.

Instant match alerts require Premium or an active Search Buddy connection. For push alerts, you also need to install the Renthaven app, log in with the same account and allow notifications on your phone.

Enabling a channel does not guarantee a message every day. Match notifications are sent when new suitable homes are found.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe link in those messages. This preference is separate from managing your Premium subscription.
