Why am I not receiving emails about new matches?

First check whether new matches appear in your account. If there are no new suitable listings, there may be no match email to send.

1. Check your Premium status or Search Buddy connection. Instant match emails require paid access.
2. Open Settings → Notifications, enable Email and save your preference.
3. Check that your email address is correct under Account and verify it if requested.
4. Check your spam folder and other email folders.
5. Check whether your inbox is full or a custom filter is moving Renthaven messages.

Verification emails, payment messages and promotional emails serve different purposes from instant match alerts. Receiving one type of message does not mean all match notifications are enabled.

If an email for a new match is still missing, send your account email address and an example of the match to [email protected].
