Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Push notifications go to the Renthaven app. If you can see matches but receive no phone alerts, check the following settings.

1. Check that you have Premium or an active Search Buddy connection.
2. Open the app and check that you are logged in with the correct email address.
3. Enable mobile push alerts under Settings → Notifications and save your preferences.
4. Check that Renthaven is allowed to show notifications in your phone settings.
5. Check whether a focus mode, Do Not Disturb or another phone setting is silencing alerts.
6. Reopen the app after changing notification permissions.

A new suitable home also needs to have been found. An existing match in your feed does not mean another push notification will be sent.
