How do I create and use a reply template?

A reply template saves you from writing your introduction again for each home.

1. Open Settings → Template.
2. Write a message introducing yourself and your search.
3. Use the variables offered by the editor if you want details filled in automatically.
4. Save your template.
5. Open a home's reply-template option and check the generated text.
6. Copy the reply and paste it into the original listing's contact form.

Always check your name, contact information and the property details. Remove empty or unfilled fields before sending the message.

If you are connected as a Search Buddy, the inviter manages the shared template. Agree on the wording and check that each reply suits the person sending it.
