How do I apply for a home?

You apply through the landlord's, estate agent's or rental platform's website. Renthaven does not send applications on your behalf.

1. Open the home under Matches or through a match notification.
2. Review the available details.
3. Open the original listing.
4. Read the conditions and follow the provider's application steps.
5. Check your message and submit it through that website.

You can use a reply template to prepare your message more quickly. You still need to review and send it yourself.

Some providers require a separate account, payment or additional information. A Renthaven subscription does not replace those requirements.

Ask the original listing provider about viewings, selection and availability.
